NEW TECHNIQUES

After many wholesale removals from one technology to another [ Laser-Disc to CD-i to CD-ROM ] we now have the possibility of delivering the sort of enhanced facilities for Dance Teachers we have been developing over recent years. The Macromedia MX series promises to deliver the functionality we need. With the release of Director MX - the pieces are all in place.

We intend to release resources using animated overlays super- imposed over video of dance.

We have already implemented these successfully on older and more expensive equipment, but the new tools available with MX will allow us to implement them on household PCs for reasonable prices.

In addition we are in the intial stages of developing a video player for dance teachers, so they could deliver and control their own footage, on a PC.
