New Cd-ROM resource materials for the...

STUDY OF CHOREOGRAPHIC PROCESSES

...are under development now.

Bedford Interactive Research is currently engaged in a fascinating new project in collaboration with the UNIVERSITY of
Leeds Bretton Hall Campus, School of Performance and Cultural Industries.

The initial feasibility study, part funded by Palatine, is near completion. This will result in a DEMO CD-ROM Disc
with accompanying materials to show how CD-ROM and video technology tools can be developed
in order to enhance and advance CHOREOGRAPHIC practice of under-graduate students.

The Palatine Demo will concetrate on the work of a single student, Carly Annable, called
Spaceometry
the dance uses modern sculpture (Gabo/Caro) as inspiration for new
Choreographic forms.

The demo will reflect the themes in Carly Annable's choreography through highly polished and
artistically engineered graphics and music, making it not only a great educational resource,
but an artistically inspiring one too.
